This instrument is a specialized device for eliminating residual magnetism in large power transformers. It plays an extremely important role in protecting transformers from the impact of excitation inrush currents, ensuring safe operation, and extending the service life of transformers.
During normal operation and testing of large-capacity transformers, residual magnetism will be generated in the iron core. When the transformer capacity is large, the harm of residual magnetism will also increase accordingly. Residual magnetism may cause misoperation of relay protection devices, leading to transformer operation failure; At the same time, residual magnetism may also cause abnormal test results and affect the power quality after power transmission. Therefore, attention should be paid to abnormal phenomena or faults caused by residual magnetism during transformer operation. For this reason, our company has developed a series of transformer demagnetization products. Our company is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers to develop and produce demagnetizing instruments, and has accumulated a lot of practical experience.
This Transformer Degausser is a new-generation demagnetizer independently developed by our company. It adopts advanced and reasonable composite current method technology, which can quickly demagnetize power transformers and current transformers. For three-phase transformers, only one phase needs to be demagnetized, which is more time-saving and efficient.
