About the product
This instrument is specialized equipment for eliminating residual magnetism in large power transformers, with demagnetization and verification demagnetization functions. It plays an extremely important role in protecting transformers from the impact of excitation inrush current, ensuring safe operation, and prolonging transformer life.
After voltage ratio, DC resistance measurement, and no-load test, residual magnetism will remain in the iron core of power transformers. If residual magnetism is not treated, it may have many adverse effects on the relay protection devices and primary equipment of power transformers. Excessive excitation inrush current can cause the transformer to fail to close, as well as mechanical vibration of the transformer itself, resulting in displacement of the winding structure, affecting the service life of the power transformer and even causing permanent damage.
For this purpose, our company has developed a series of transformer demagnetization products. We are one of the earliest manufacturers in China to develop and produce demagnetization instruments, accumulating a wealth of practical experience.
The demagnetization analyzer for power transformers is a new-generation demagnetization analyzer independently developed by our company. By adopting advanced and reasonable composite current method technology, it is possible to quickly demagnetize power transformers and quantify residual magnetism detection. Detecting and eliminating residual magnetism is automatically completed in one go.
