1.Brief introduction
The DC resistance of a transformer is a test item for semi-finished products and finished products in transformer manufacturing, as well as a necessary test item for transformer installation, overhaul, change tapping, handover test, and preventive test. This instrument can check the following conditions: the welding quality of winding joints, whether there is interturn short circuit in the winding, whether each position of the voltage tap changer is in good contact, whether the actual position of the tap changer is consistent with the indicated position, whether the outgoing wire is broken, and whether there is broken strand when multiple strands of wires are wound together.
