Dielectric insulation testing can effectively detect deterioration of the insulation of electrical equipment and local defects, etc. It is widely used in the manufacture, installation, handover, and preventive testing of electrical equipment.

The high-pressure dielectric loss tester employs frequency conversion power supply technology, utilizing microcontrollers and electronic components to perform automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data processing. This design ensures strong interference resistance, rapid testing speed, high precision, and user-friendly operation.

The frequency conversion power supply adopts a high-power switching power supply, outputs single frequency 50Hz/60Hz and double frequency 47.5Hz\52.5Hz, 45.0Hz\55.0Hz, 57.5Hz\62.5Hz, 55.0Hz\65.0Hz pure sine wave, automatic pressure, and can provide up to 10kV voltage; automatic filtering of 50Hz interference, suitable for substations and other sites with high electromagnetic interference.

 

Performance Features

  1. The self-excitation test with CVT is implemented, featuring a single-wire connection while simultaneously measuring the capacitance (C1/C2) and tanδ.
  2. It features reverse wiring low-voltage shielding and high-voltage shielding capabilities. When the CVT bus is grounded, it enables non-disassembly 10kV reverse-wiring dielectric loss measurement for C11.
  3. The frequency conversion technology is adopted to eliminate the 50Hz power frequency interference, and reliable data can be measured even in the environment of strong electromagnetic interference.
  4. With the overcurrent protection function, the instrument is not damaged when the test specimen short-circuits or breaks down.
  5. Grounding protection: The instrument will not operate if the grounding is faulty or absent.
  6. It comes with standard capacitors and high-voltage power supplies, which facilitates on-site testing and reduces wiring requirements.
  7. The instrument features a large LCD screen with intuitive operation, and the testing process is guided by Chinese menu prompts.
  8. Each function interface in the instrument comes with a corresponding wiring diagram, greatly facilitating the operator’s wiring.
  9. It supports switching between Chinese and English.
